SAL-115 Iron-manganese desulfurizing catalyst

Description

Model:SAL-115

The Iron-manganese Desulfurizing Catalyst SAL-115 is developed and manufactured by us with the latest scientific and technological breakthroughs. The catalyst owns double-effect function of organic sulfur hydrogenation and desulfurization. By using the catalyst, organic sulfur is converted into inorganic sulfur(H2S) by hydrogenolysis, hydrolysis and pyrolysis processes, and then, H2S and active metal oxide react to become metal sulfide, which is absorbed by the catalyst to achieve the sulfur removal purpose, the catalyst can be regenerated.

The main reactions are as follows:

Hydrogenolysis

RSH + H2 → H2S + RH

RSR + H2 → H2S + RH + RH

RSSR + 3H2 → 2H2S + RH + RH

Hydrolysis

RSH + H2O → H2S + ROH

RSR + H2O → H2S + 2ROH

Pyrolysis

2CH3SH 2H2S + C2H4

CH3SCH3 H2S + C2H4

H2S with metal

H2S + MO → MS + H2O (M is the abbr of metal)

Industrial Applications

The catalyst is suitable for sulfur purification system of natural gas, coke oven gas, oil field gas, naphtha, refinery and dry gas.
