SAL-111 Methanation Catalyst
Description
Methanation catalyst SAL-111 is mainly suitable for synthesis ammonia or hydrogen producing plant to convert the low concentration of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the hydrogen-enriched feed gas to methane and water. The purpose is to purify the gas.
The main reactions are as following:
CO + 3H2 → CH4 + H2O + 206.2 KJ/mol
CO2 + 4H2 → CH4 + 2H2O + 165 KJ/mol
The catalyst is suitable for the system of CO and CO2 purification plant.
The catalyst is suitable for CO and CO2 in catalytic dry gas and coking dry gas purification plant.
The catalyst is suitable for CO and CO2 in oil field gas, refinery gas and naphtha purification plant.
The catalyst is suitable for LNG, CNG plant with coal and coke oven gas.
