SAL-104 Primary Steam-Reforming Catalyst

Description

Model:SAL-104

The primary steam-reforming catalysts SAL-102, SAL-103,SAL-104 are used for the first conversion plant with natural gas or methane-rich gas to produce ammonia, methanol, hydrogen. The principle is that natural gas reacts with steam to produce hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide. They are new type of energy-saving primary reforming catalysts.

 

The main reactions are as follows:

CH4 + H2O(g)→ CO + 3H2 -206.3 KJ/mol

CH4 + 2H2O(g)→ CO2 + 4H2 -165.3 KJ/mol

CO + H2O(g)→ CO2 + H2 + 41.19 KJ/mol

Industrial Applications

The catalyst is suitable for the system of ammonia, methanol, hydrogen plant using natural gas and coke oven gas;

 

The catalyst is suitable for the hydrogen plant using catalytic dry gas, coking dry gas;

 

The catalyst is suitable for methanol synthesis and ammonia plant using oil field gas, refinery gas, naphtha.
