SAL-110 Sulfur-Tolerant Shift Catalyst
Description
Model: SAL-110
The SAL-110 Spherical Cobalt-Molybdenum Sulfur-Tolerant Shift Catalyst is applicable to large, medium or small-sized synthetic ammonia plants that use coal and oil as raw materials. It can be used in the cuprammonia wash process after high temperature device. And it can also be used in full low temperature shift process replacing the Fe-Cr catalyst. It can replace the Cu-Zn catalyst at low temperature shift device. The SCST-233 catalyst works better with SCST-233K Anti-toxic agent.
The main reaction is as follows:
CO+H2O(g)→ CO2+H2 +41.19 KJ/mol
Industrial Applications
The catalyst is suitable for the system of ammonia, methanol plant using coal, oil field gas, naphtha and coke oven gas.

Product Advantages
High activity with widen range of temperature(special in low temperature);
High strength: harder to powering and smaller air resistance;
High sulfur resistance: no upper limit to sulfur tolerance;
Energy saving effectiveness.
