Pre-reforming catalyst SCST-111 is mainly to produce methane-rich gas by pre-conversion of naphtha, light oil, liquefied petroleum gas, light hydrocarbon and other hydrocarbon feedstock with steam. It also could produce hydrogen, ammonia synthesis, methanol synthesis and natural gas for household use.
The main reactions are as follows:
2CnHm+3nH2O→nCO+nCO2+(3n+m)H2
CO+3H2→CH4+H2O +206 KJ/mol
CO2+4H2→CH4+H2O +165 KJ/mol
CO+H2O→CO2+H2 +41 KJ/mol
The catalyst is suitable for high carbon hydrocarbon pre-conversion or partial hydrocarbon steam conversion to produce methane-rich gas;
The catalyst is suitable for hydrogen plant using naphtha, light oil, liquefied petroleum gas, light hydrocarbon, refinery gas, natural gas and other hydrocarbon ; (single or mixed materials could be used.)
The catalyst is suitable for fixed bed pre-conversion reactor.

Nickel dispersion in the porous carrier, with good activity at low temperature, activity stability;
Could provide oxidation or reduction state of the catalyst;
The ability to process multiple feedstocks;
Single or mixed material switching, material ratio adjustment does not affect the normal performance of the catalyst;
Excellent resistance to working conditions fluctuations;
The gas could enter the system at room temperature.
